| Hakusan Sake Gardens | This place is on the southern tip of the Napa Valley. They have a small garden, and the production facility has glass walls so you can see the process for making sake. |  |
| Franciscan Vineyards | This place was a little bit like a shopping mall, but lots of these vineyards in Napa are. $4 tasting fee, which can go towards the purchase of a bottle. |  |
| Grgich Hills Cellar | Mary seemed to really like this place, saying that "it smelled delightfully of wine, reminiscent being in a french wine cave in the loire valley. But the sales team was out en force." |  |
| Mumm | We started off day 2 drinking sparkling wine. Mary tried as hard as she could to get me to identify aromas, but I resisted. |  |
| Louis M. Martini | hmm... this is a lousy picture. I can't remember much of Martini vineyards, except for an amusing comment made by the guy pouring wine. |  |
| Freemark Abbey | This was our last stop on the way to Mendocino. They were working on the roof while we were there so it was a little noisy. |  |
| Milat Vineyards | We forgot to take a picture of the sign. Here's a view from the loft where we stayed while in Napa. |  |
| Silver Oak Cellars | They were so snooty that they wouldn't even sell you the wine that you were privileged with tasting. but we got a good buzz out of that. I guess we sampled too much of their wine to take a picture. So I took this one from their websi te. |  |

| Pepperwood Springs | Personally, I think the best part of this vineyard was Mokie, the dog. He's huge and likes to bump into you until you give him some attention. The Pinot Noir was delicious, too. |  |

Unfortunately, their rott wasn't around when we visited. Mokie is in love with her, and even fathered a litter with her. |  |
